When you join the remote coaching program, you’ll receive a personalized fitness and nutrition plan tailored to your specific goals and current abilities. If your goal is to lose 10 pounds, for example, we’ll start by evaluating your current nutrition and identify areas for improvement. From there, we’ll create a customized nutrition plan designed to help you lose that weight in a healthy, sustainable way. Alongside this, we’ll provide a training program that works with your goals, helping you build strength, endurance, and confidence as you progress.
In addition to the personalized plan, you’ll get weekly 15-20-minute calls with Coach Stacey to review your progress and discuss any challenges you might be facing. These calls allow us to adjust the plan as needed and ensure you stay on track. Plus, you’ll have a longer, monthly one-hour call to dive deeper into your progress, address any obstacles, and make adjustments to keep you moving forward.
